About Silverback Group Realty LLC

Silverback Group Realty LLC is a licensed Utah real estate brokerage. Direct real estate brokerage services offered through this Site are limited to real estate located in Utah.

For real estate needs outside Utah, we may assist consumers by connecting or referring them to appropriately licensed real estate professionals or brokerages in the applicable jurisdiction.

No Brokerage Relationship Created by Website Use

Visiting the Site, submitting a form, requesting information, scheduling a call, sending an email or text message, or otherwise communicating with us does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, client, or representation relationship.

Any brokerage relationship with Silverback Group Realty LLC will arise only through an appropriate written brokerage agreement or other documentation required by applicable law.

Utah Brokerage Services

Silverback Group Realty LLC may provide real estate brokerage services to buyers, sellers, and other clients in connection with real estate located in Utah.

Brokerage services may include, as applicable, market information, property-search assistance, listing services, negotiation, transaction coordination, referrals, and other services permitted under Utah law and agreed to in writing.

Real Estate Referrals Outside Utah

Silverback Group Realty LLC does not offer direct brokerage representation through this Site for real estate located outside Utah.

If you request assistance with real estate outside Utah, we may refer or introduce you to an independent real estate professional or brokerage appropriately licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.

Silverback Group Realty LLC and/or an affiliated licensed real estate professional may receive a referral fee or other lawful compensation if a referral results in a transaction, where permitted by law.

The receiving real estate professional or brokerage is responsible for providing brokerage services in accordance with the laws, rules, licensing requirements, and brokerage relationships applicable in that jurisdiction.

No Guarantee of Referral Acceptance or Representation

A referral or introduction does not guarantee that a particular real estate professional or brokerage will accept you as a client or agree to represent you.

Any representation agreement, commission arrangement, duties, and brokerage relationship will be determined between you and the applicable licensed real estate professional or brokerage.

Real Estate Information

Information provided through the Site is intended for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice concerning a particular property, transaction, legal issue, tax matter, financing decision, insurance issue, or investment.
